다만, 현장실습 중 발생할 수 있는 근로 문제 예방 등 학생보호 조치 목적 등으로 해당 현장실습학기제에 대해 근로 계약을 체결할 수는 있습니다. 단 이때의 근로 계약은 표준 현장실습학기제 기준과 범위에서만 근로계약 체결이 가능하며, 표준 현장실습학기제 범위와 다른 업무를 부여하거나 다른 기준으로 체결할 수 없습니다.

또한 근로계약서 작성시에는 ‘근로기준법’ 및 ‘최저임금법‘ 등 노동관계 법령에 따른 기준을 지켜야 합니다. (최저임금법 준수 및 4대보험 가입 의무)
